Leadership in Care deliver bespoke development
programmes for team leaders in clinical care.
Leadership in Care’s programmes support personal development by encouraging participants to grow in confidence, gain insights, deepen understanding and build inner resilience.

Each programme includes skills based developmental learning and provides the opportunity for individuals to meet others in similar positions. Our programmes embrace a range of learning methodologies to enhance the learning experience.
We run national programmes twice a year. These are open to all ward managers and team leaders working in any professional background in healthcare.

Leadership in Care in-house programmes deliver bespoke training to NHS Trusts and independent healthcare providers.
Programmes are taught in small groups . We enrol a maximum of 22 people on each programme.
Our programmes offer the
opportunity to meet and learn with like-minded people in a supportive environment.
We offer the opportunity to network, share good practice and to join our social networking group post programme .
