Founder and facilitator, Professor Hilary McCallion CBE has 20 years of experience of developing and facilitating leadership programmes for team leaders and aspiring directors in the nursing, health and social care sector. Her focus is always on the individual needs of participants supporting the development of the practical skills, tools and personal awareness needed to effectively lead teams in an ever-changing environment.
A specialist in developing individual and team potential in healthcare teams Hilary McCallion draws on a wealth of knowledge and expertise gained during a career in the NHS; culminating in the role of Executive Director of Nursing and Education at the South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust. Hilary brings her understanding and experience of the complex and challenging demands on staff in the healthcare sector and of supporting others to enhance their potential.
Hilary's contribution to mental health nursing was acknowledged in the 2012 Queens's Honours List.
